How long my order will take to arrive?

You can see the estimated delivery time in the shopping bag and in the order e-mail that you receive after placing your order.

How can I choose my size

Plese follow the instructions on the size guide, it can be found on every shoe on our website.

The product I want is out of stock. When it will be restocked?

Please enter on the waitlist, so we can notify you when the product is back in stock.

Can I cancel my order?

No, all sales are final. All our products are made to order specially for you.

Can you declare a lower value to customs?

Yes, please let us know that you want us to do it through the order notes.

Can you ship by other shipping method aside from Fedex?

We offer Fedex because it’s the cheapest and faster shipping method available. If you want your order to be shipped by other shipping method contact us, but be aware that it will be more expensive.
